PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an operation for reducing cooling capacity by half by making the number of mounted compressors as one minimum unit. SOLUTION: Refrigerating cycles of two systems are constituted in parallel by the one compressor. A solenoid valve and an electric expansion valve are provided at an entrance of an indoor heat exchanger of the one system of the two systems, and an electric expansion valve is provided at an entrance of the other indoor heat exchanger. When the operation for reducing cooling capacity by half is performed, the solenoid valve is closed and coolant circulating amount is properly regulated by the other electric expansion valve. As a result, the operation for reducing cooling capacity by half can be realized by the one compressor and the temperature in the rolling stock can be always controlled to be comfortable.
