PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an application of a means for preventing any tilt of a cargo loading platform during its lifting or descending operation to either of an upper shaft driving or a lower shaft driving type and enable an easy manufacture without precision machining. SOLUTION: A tension arm 10 of a parallel link mechanism L is pushed up when a cargo loading platform ascends, and in turn a hook 33 is rotatably arranged at an arm bracket 25 descended in compliance with a time in which the cargo loading platform descends. The tension arm 10 is provided with a hooking pin 35. The hook 33 is rotated and biased by a spring 37 and engaged with the hooking pin 35 from above under the ascended state of the cargo loading platform. A supporting frame 22 is provided with a guide member 39, a lever 38 at the lower end of the hook 33 is abutted against the guide member 39 during a process in which the cargo loading platform descends, and the hook 33 is rotated against a spring force of the spring 37 to cause it to be released from the hooking pin 35.
