PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an elevating mechanism from being exposed to lose the attractiveness of a vehicle seat when a seat body is moved to the outside of the interior for enabling an occupant to easily get on and off and in a vehicle seat having a mechanism for rotating a seat body and the elevating mechanism for elevating and moving inside and outside the interior through a door opening section. SOLUTION: The tip of a cover body that can be wound and delivered is fixed to a seat body, and the cover body is delivered as the seat body moves to the outside of the compartment for covering the entire range of the elevating mechanism.
