PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-feeding device for feeding necessary water for growing plants in a desert, etc., where water is drained. SOLUTION: This feeding device is constituted by a water-passing tube arranged at the positions where the roots of the plants grow and passing cold water, and a pump for sending cold water to the water passing pipe so as to give condensed water provided by cooling the surroundings of the water-passing tube by passing water through.
