<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uncurling device for an image forming device capable of moving the maximum torque necessary at the moment of switching uncurling performance to a low-speed rotating area, selecting the lower torque for a motor rotating a conveying roller as the torque margin is increased, miniaturizing the motor and realizing the cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: This uncurling device is controlled so that a rotating frequency of the motor rotating the conveying roller is reduced to a rotating frequency lower than that at usual uncurling, and the original normal rotating frequency is recovered after the uncurling performance is switched, to perform the uncurling of a next recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
