<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and lightened wheel light-emitting device with illumination for a motorcycle comparing with a case where a lighting means and a wheel light-emitting device are separately mounted to a motorcycle body. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting means 2 is disposed on the front side, with respect to the car body, of a casing 3 storing a circuit for driving the wheel lighting means 1, or on the rear side.
