<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reproducing device that can actualize a plurality of functions and is superior in portability. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a 1st slot 7 and a 2nd slot 8 where memory cards 6 can be loaded. A signal processing part 24 while executing a program stored on a memory card 6 loaded in one of the 1st slot 7 and 2nd slot 8 operates according to data stored on a memory card 6 loaded in the other.
