<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving program of structured data which can actively acquire and integrate a part or an entirety of a fragment of the structured data at the receiving side. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving program of the structured data receives a plurality of fragment data, and fragment constituting information corresponding to the fragment data of information for generating the structured data having a tree structure by integrating the fragment data at the receiving side. The fragment constituting information includes reference information having identification information for identifying the corresponding segment data from the fragment data, and position information regarding a connecting position in the structured data generated from the corresponding segment data.
