<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system and method, an information communication apparatus and method, and a program whereby a user can surely make settings required for communication with a desired information communication apparatus as a communication opposite party and also enhance a security level of communication using the settings under an operation system friendly to the user. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatuses 11, 3 set beforehand to which communication information required for communication via a wireless network are connected via a wired line 24, an information relaying apparatus 12, and a wired line 22, and when a setting switch 31 of the wireless communication apparatus 11 and a setting switch 41 of the wireless communication apparatus 3 are respectively depressed, the wireless communication apparatus 11 transmits communication information to the wireless communication apparatus 3 via the wired line. The wireless communication apparatus 3 sets the communication information to itself.
