PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit room which enables effective utilization of an empty space, which is adequately equipped with a function as a room and which can offer a sense of comfort, and accommodations with a high added value. SOLUTION: The unit room 1 comprises a unit room body 2 and a bed module 3 which is provided inside the body 2. Specifically, the unit room 1 comprises a plurality of panels 4, a partition panel 5, and first and second unit room spaces 6 and 7 which are formed in such a manner as to be partitioned by the panels 4 and the partition panel 5.
