PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer in which the width of a case can be reduced as a whole. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer comprises a piezoelectric transformer body 1, a box type case body 10 formed of a plate 11 for fixing the piezoelectric transformer body 1 and a short side plate and a long side plate surrounding the fixing plate 11, terminal fixing parts 20, 30 and 40 provided on the short side plate of the case body 10, and terminals fixed to the short side plate of the case body 10 and the side plates of the terminal fixing parts 20, 30 and 40 in order to connect a plurality of leads connected with the piezoelectric transformer body 1 wherein the terminal fixing parts 20, 30 and 40 are lengthened to project from the short side plate of the case body 10.
