PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an radio wave absorber that has excellent radio wave absorbing characteristics in a microwave band or milliwave band by reducing the radio wave reflecting amount of the absorber. SOLUTION: This radio wave absorber is composed of a molded body 1 having planted short fibers 2b on its surface and at least either one of the short fibers 2b and molded body 1 has electrical conductivity.
