PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet with a plurality of key tops to be exposed from an operation opening free from a partitioning frame formed in a casing of equipment, the deflection of which can be suppressed even if it is vertically erected or inclined. SOLUTION: A base sheet 12 comprises a base part 15 for supporting each key top 3c and a resin film 13 having through holes 14, which is laid over the base part 15 to fix it. The resin film 13 is reinforced by the base part 15 by the structure in which the through holes 14 of the resin film 13 are filled with the base parts 15. Accordingly, the entire rigidity can be improved more than a conventional base sheet consisting of silicone rubber, and the distortion of the key sheet 11 can be suppressed even if it is vertically erected or inclined. An operation failure by positional slippage between a pressing element 16 and the contact switch of a circuit board, deterioration of operability by the difference in pressing stroke amount of every key top 3c, and a bad influence on the design property of equipment can be reduced as much as possible.
