PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind capable of preventing the propagation of mold and germs on the surface of a window and slats or the wall of a room. SOLUTION: This blind is provided with a plurality of slats 2 provided in parallel; a blowoff port body 8 provided in the same line as a slat row above the slats 2 and provided with a slat side blowoff port 82, a slat front blowoff port 81 and a slat rear blowoff port 83; an ion generator 20 provided at a duct 6 leading to the blowoff port body 8, to generate cation and anion; and a fan 9 for blowing air into the duct 6. The blowoff port body 8 is provided inside with a blowoff port selecting mechanism for selecting either one or two of the slat front blowoff port 81, slat side blowoff port 82 and slat rear blowoff port 83.
