摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the shape of an introduction part in a shape of a die to quicken the shear rate gradually so as to obtain a sufficient period for securing stably a stationary sample flow by arranging a long fiber to make it flow out in a flow-out direction, in viscosity measurement for a highly viscous sample mixed with a long fibrous substance such as a glass fiber of a BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) or the like. SOLUTION: This flash die for press-driving by a piston the sample filled in a cylinder to flow out comprises adjacent ports having an inside diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of the cylinder, the first stage conelike introduction part formed from the adjacent ports toward a flow-out port, and the second stage conelike introduction part for connecting the first stage conelike introduction part and the flow-out port.
