PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device in which feeding and winding of a rolled sheet can be performed smoothly with a simple mechanism corresponding to various rolled sheets. SOLUTION: Tension rollers 32, 34 and 74 are rotatably supported between eccentric sections of a pair of swinging arms 28 and 70 positioned on either sides of a conveyance route of a rolled sheet 14. The tension rollers 32, 34 and 74 are brought into contact with pressure to a delivery section of the rolled sheet 14 by applying a force from the swinging arms 28 and 70 to give a tension to the delivery section by the contact pressure. Weights W1, W2 and W3 are removably attached to the swinging arms 28 and 70. The force applied by the swinging arms 28 and 70 can be adjusted by attaching these weights W1, W2 and W3.
