PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing machine which extensively shortens time required to change a shearing blade by facilitating changing work of the shearing blade, compacts a shear housing, improves shearing precision, eliminates controlling of fastening torque of a bolt for fixture, and is easy to maintain. SOLUTION: A groove 6 for installation of the shearing blade is provided on a rotating drum 4, the shearing blade 5 is arranged free to connect and disconnect in the groove 6 by projecting its knife edge 5a outward, the shearing blade 5 is clamped in the groove 6 by pressing a wedge 12 furnished with a pressurizing surface 12a made contact with one surface of the shearing blade 5 and inclined in a direction to cross with an axis (x) of the shearing blade 5 toward the inside of the groove 6 on the shearing blade 5 through a disc spring 14 to energize to the inside of the groove 6, and a fluid pressure cylinder 13 for unclamping to release pressing force against the shearing blade 5 of the wedge 12 against energizing force of the disc spring 14 is provided in the rotating drum 4.
