PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an object to be fastened even when the object to be fastened is positioned in a narrow place. SOLUTION: An engaging hole 38 is provided near one of the end parts of the magazine member 31 at the bottom, a fastening part 31a is provided at the tip end part of the magazine member 31, and a rotating member 32 is rotatably attached to the magazine member 31 through a pin 33. Then, a second fastening part 32a is provided at the tip end part of the rotating member 32, and one end of a plate-like spring 37 is fixed to the rotating member 32, and the other end of the spring 37 is brought into contact with the magazine member 31. Further, a nut 34 is fixed to the rotating member 32, a screw 35 is screwed into the nut 34, and the tip end of the screw 35 is brought into contact with the magazine member 31.
