PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bail arm from automatically returning from a line-releasing posture to a line-winding posture in a bail-reversing device of a spinning reel. SOLUTION: The bail-reversing structure has a toggle spring structure 50 attached to a first rotor arm 31 so as to be freely turnable, a moving member 51 attached to the first rotor arm 31 so as to be freely movable in the front and rear direction, and a regulating member 80 attached to the first rotor arm 31 so as to be freely detachable. A first bail-supporting member 40 has an engaging groove part 40a which is a long slot in the diameter direction formed therein. The regulating member 80 has a regulating guide part 80a and an engaging recessed part 80b formed by recessing the regulating guide part 80a in the inside direction. When the bail arm is turned to the line-releasing posture, the engaging part 55a of the toggle spring structure 50 is engaged in the engaging recessed part 80b of the regulating member 80.
