TOOL FOR PREVENTING BIRD INJURY TO STEEL TOWER OF POWER-TRANSMISSION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing bird injuries to a steel tower of a power-transmission line designed to effectively prevent birds from coming flying into the steel tower of the power-transmission line. SOLUTION: There are provided two long members 12 and 13 mounted on a horizontal member 6 of the steel tower 1 of the power-transmission line and a plurality of stringy bodies 11 stretched in a lattice form at a pitch between the long members 12 and 13. At least one of the two long members 12 and 13 is freely demountably mounted on the horizontal member 6. Springs 14 for tensing and stretching the stringy bodies 11 are preferably provided. The birds can effectively be prevented from coming flying into the interior of the steel tower of the power-transmission line by stretching the stringy bodies 11 in the lattice form.
