<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power steering device allowing even a worker having no special techniques to easily perform an air bleeding work at any proper place other than a plant by simple device constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, a pair of double acting type steering cylinders 15 and 16 for steering each of a front wheel 10 and a rear wheel 11 are connected in series by a synchronizing oil path 34, and both of the cylinders 15 and 16 are interlocked by supplying oil pressure for steering from a power steering unit 20 via right and left steering oil paths 28 and 29.
