PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of outputting a file of the object description format with a high image quality from a printer.

SOLUTION: In the image processor having a section 100 for converting the image data into the data of a specified file format, the format converting section 100 comprises a means for decomposing the image data into a plurality of objects based on the image attributes of the image data, a means for describing the object decomposed by the object decomposing means in a specified format and converting it into a file of a specified file format. The object describing means describes an object having specified image attributes among the decomposed objects while associating with an additional object for designating attribute information.
