<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum extrusion line, which has a pond in a vacuum chamber and can control flows coming into and leaving the pond in the vacuum chamber so that they balance in volume. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum extrusion line is equipped with the vacuum chamber and ponds (72, 78). The pond comprises a fixed water level part of the pond (72) set up in the vacuum chamber and another part of pond (78) which is set up outside the vacuum chamber and lower than the part of the pond (72) in water level. The extrusion line is further equipped with a water circulation device (162) which circulates a liquid from the fixed water level part (72) in the vacuum chamber to the low water level part (78) outside the vacuum chamber, and a control module (172) which controls circulating water amount in response to the water level of the part (72) in the vacuum chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
