<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas adsorbing sheet excellent in the adsorbing capacity of VOC being a causative agent of a sick house syndrome and handleability. <P>SOLUTION: The gas adsorbing sheet is constituted by spot-welding an air permeable sheet on at least one side of an adsorbing layer by a heat-fusible powder.
