PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a work efficiency by simplifying operation in a case performing the electronic signature of the investigation, approval or the like of an analytical result and to arrange a judge standards when a plurality of the persons in charge sign. SOLUTION: When the person in charge selects and indicates not only analytical data to be signed but also the kind of a signature (S3 and S4), not only the analyzed data file concerned but also the document file related thereto are read from the database and application software for opening the files is opened (S5 and S6). The analytical data in the data file and the document from the document file are simultaneously displayed on a double-screen, right and left or the like (S7) and the person in charge can judge the advisability of approval while looking the graph or the like contained in the document.
