[Problem] To provide a data center, a communication device, a communication method, and a communication control method for a communication system that can improve the versatility of a data center and of a virtual network that is built at the data center. [Solution] A communication system that includes: a plurality of wireless communication facilities that are respectively owned by a plurality of communication providers; and a data center at which has been constructed a virtual core network that uses the plurality of wireless communication facilities to achieve mobile communication functionality.
