PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated-cemented carbide member in which both of heat resistance/plastic deformation resistance and wear resistance are excellent by exceedingly increasing both the properties of heat resistance/plastic deformation resistance and wear resistance in a bonding phase and a hard phase. SOLUTION: In the coated-cemented carbide member, the inside of the cemented carbide member is composed of a bonding phase consisting of one or more selected from iron group metals and Cr and a hard phase comprising at least one selected from the group 4a, 5a and 6a metals in the Periodic Table and at least one selected from the carbide solid solutions, nitride solid solutions and carbonitride solid solutions of Zr, and the balance WC with inevitable impurities. The surface of the cemented carbide member is coated with a hard film as a single layer or multiple layers. A hard phase-depleted surface zone is present directly below the coated layer. A hard phase-enriched intermediate zone is present adjacently to the hard phase-depleted surface zone. In each content of the metallic components composing the hard phase, that in the hard phase-enriched intermediate zone is defined as I, and that in the cemented carbide member as J, the hard phase-enriched intermediate zone in which the ratio of both, I/J satisfies I/J>1 is present.
