PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheetlike material that is directly applied to the human skin, always and moderately irradiates a blood vessel position, a meridian point position, or the like, with minus ion by application to them and raises a body temperature and improves natural healing power by promoting blood circulation.
