PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine crystallization treatment method for fluorine-containing waste water. SOLUTION: In the fluorine crystallization treatment method, the fluorine-containing waste water, a calcium-containing solution and a flocculant are supplied into a crystallization reaction tank and calcium fluoride is deposited on a seed crystal in the crystallization reaction tank to form a pellet and thereby treated water with reduced fluorine content is produced. By this method, the occurrence of cloudiness in the treated water can be prevented and even when the waste water contains high concentration of fluorine, fluorine can be stably and efficiently removed by crystallization.
