PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment which can efficiently utilize the power of a battery or a rechargeable battery having high internal resistance. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment has a first battery such as the battery or the rechargeable battery having high internal impedance, a capacitor which has lower internal impedance than that of the first battery and stores the power of the first battery, a charging control circuit which controls a charge current to the capacitor from the first battery, and a load driven by the power stored in the capacitor. When the power of the first battery is charged in the capacitor, if the self-discharge of the first battery is little, the charging control circuit controls the charge current so that the battery voltage drop of the first battery is 5-20% of an open battery voltage of the fist battery, and if the self-discharging power of the first battery is≥10%, the control circuit controls the charge current so that the voltage drop is 10-40%.
