METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COLOR CONVERSION FILTER, AND COLOR FILTER WITH COLOR CONVERTING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color conversion filter enabling a precise patterning while simplifying the manufacturing process, and a color filter with color converting function.

SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the color conversion filter comprises the process of forming a color filter layer on a transparent substrate, the process of forming a pigment layer including a color conversion pigment on the color filter layer, and the process of exposing the pigment layer through the transparent substrate and the color filter layer by use of pigment decomposition light to form a color conversion layer in a position corresponding to the color filter layer. The laminated body of the transparent substrate/the color filter layer/the pigment layer is used as a color filter with color converting function.
