<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the moderation of functional disturbance which is an injurious effect of drinking shochu, in a body by using a hot water extract of Fuscoporia obliqua fungus in a production process of a shochu. <P>SOLUTION: This shochu is produced by using the hot water extract of F. obliqua fungus and an antioxidation enzyme-mixed water as a diluting water of a stock distillate. Thereby, it is possible to moderate the disturbance to the functions in the body by the works of total activities of an antioxidation enzyme,β-glucan, various minerals, etc., contained in the fungus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
