<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that: a level difference of a resin black matrix (BM) becomes large in sticking a dry film for forming a color layer when a previously coated resin BM is used in manufacturing color filters by a dry film lamination method; and bubbles may be included into a gap between the colored layer and a substrate in the vicinity of the resin BM and the colored layer may be easily discolored when the film rides on the level difference of the resin BM. <P>SOLUTION: When the edge part (13) of the resin BM (12) is made lower than other parts, air is guided to the edge part of the resin BM and the generation of bubbles between the colored layer (2) and the substrate (3) can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
