PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage the members of a group concerning a plurality of terminal apparatuses without the intervention of a server. SOLUTION: A member list including a group ID and a leader profile is generated in the portable telephone set of a new member who subscribes to the group by the inducement of the leader. Or a self-profile is inputted and transmitted to the portable telephone set of the leader as a subscription report mail. The portable telephone set of the leader adds the profile of the new member to the member list by the received subscription report mail, and transfers the subscription report mail to the portable telephone sets of existing members registered in the member list. The portable telephone set of each existing member adds the profile of the new member to the member list by the received subscription report mail, and transmits the self-profile to the portable telephone set of the new member.
