PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in postering wherein a tape must be stuck while holding it or several persons are needed for the postering. SOLUTION: The subject hand-grip tool of a tape cutter (a) is mounted on the tape cutter, and set on a palm to place the tape cutter on the back of a hand, whereby the tape can be cut by one hand, while holding a poster by the hand having the tape cutter in the postering.
