PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbing/desorbing material which has high ability to adsorb/desorb carbon dioxide, the pressure loss of which is made low, the thermal diffusion efficiency of which is made excellent and which is made strong against repetitive stress such as repetitive expansion/contraction and to provide an adsorption/desorption apparatus using this adsorbing/desorbing material. SOLUTION: This adsorbing/desorbing material is composed of a structure which has a three-dimensionally netted skeleton or gap and consists of a compound having the ability to adsorb/desorb carbon dioxide.
