PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion between a plastic film and a vapor deposition layer in a ceramic vapor deposition film used for a packaging material. SOLUTION: In the ceramic deposition film, at least one surface of the plastic film is chemically treated with low temperature plasma having a gas mixture of nitrogen and oxygen as a component, and then the ceramic vapor deposition layer is mounted. The ceramic vapor deposition layer has aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, magnesium oxide and titanium oxide as components. There is mounted on the ceramic vapor deposition layer a composite coated film having at least one of a polymer compound containing a hydroxyl group, a metal alkoxide and/or its hydrolysate and/or its polymer as components.
