发明名称 OPTICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture optical connectors whose quality are stable by making the filling property of adhesives constant in an optical connector assembly device which forms the splicing face of an optical connector by fixing the ferrule of the optical connector and an optical fiber using an optical fiber positioning member and adhesives. SOLUTION: A temperature regulation member,such as Peltier element 7A (or a surface heat generation type heater 7B) is provided at surroundings of the optical connector ferrule placement part of the optical connector assembly device. Thereby, since the temperature of the optical connector ferrule placement part is made roughly constant without being depended on the temperature of working environment and, as a result, viscosity of adhesives becomes roughly constant and variations in the filling property of the adhesives decreases, it becomes possible to assemble the optical connectors whose quality are high and stable.
