PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for improving refrigerant distribution without increasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger has a substantially vertical slender inlet header for allowing a refrigerant to flow in at first, a similarly substantially erect outlet header, and a plurality of finned tubes connected to the inlet header and the outlet header, and allowing the refrigerant to flow in from the inlet header.
