PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorofluorocarbon regenerating treatment device applicable for any vehicular air conditioning system. SOLUTION: One of processes can be selected, including a circulation regenerating process for adjusting excess or deficiency in accordance with current outside air temperature and proper filling pressure on an engine speed after introducing chlorofluorocarbon in the air conditioning system 50 into the device 1 and giving regenerating treatment thereto with water removed therefrom and filtered in the condition of a vehicle engine being driven, and an evacuation regenerating process for adjusting excess or deficiency in accordance with a specified filling amount after introducing the chlorofluorocarbon into the device 1 with evacuation and giving regenerating treatment thereto with water removed therefrom and filtered in the condition of the vehicle engine not being driven.
