PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof board device facilitating assembly and having excellent strength and prevention of infiltration of wind and rain without removing old batten seams. SOLUTION: This roof board device comprises a roof board formed with upright parts, first and second bent parts and first and second flashing parts at both ends by bending , and a plurality of ribs between both ends; a two-stage type support member having engaging parts at both side upper ends; and a cap member formed in semicircular shape and formed with engaging parts, discharge passages and ribs by bending at both side ends. The bent parts of the roof board having the first and second flashing parts are engaged with the bent parts of the support member fixed to a purlin member, and the engaging parts of the cap member are engaged with the bent parts of the roof board to form first and second air pockets.
