PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless endoscopic inspection apparatus which can give a noninvasive or minimal invasive marking to identify a lesion in a following operation or inspection. SOLUTION: The wireless endoscopic inspection apparatus has a high frequency transmitter/high frequency receiver (7) for transmitting and receiving a signal through an antenna (8) and devices (5, 6) which take each of peripheral images and transfer each image to an outside image processing apparatus through the high frequency transmitter (7). A controller (12) executes a control order received through the high frequency transmitter/high frequency receiver (7). A pigment tank (9) stores pigment, and an opening (11) for flowing out, which is connected to the pigment tank (9), gives the pigment to tissues in response to the control order by the controller (12).
