PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid applicator constituted so as to adjust the supply amount of a disinfection liquid, which is supplied to a coating member from a container part, to a proper amount. SOLUTION: Since the disinfection liquid L in the container part 11 and the coating member 13 provided outside the container part 11 are separated before use by a hermetic seal part 12, the deterioration of the coating member 13 or a change in the quality of the disinfection liquid L caused by the coating member 13 in a state impregnated with the disinfection liquid L over a long period of time can be prevented. When the liquid applicator is used, the coating member 13 can be impregnated with the disinfection liquid L by drawing the closure member 15 integrated with a seal member 17 out of a supply hole 14 by peeling the seal member 17. At this time, the supply amount of the disinfection liquid L to the coating member 13, in its turn, the coating amount of a liquid by the coating member 13 is regulated by the supply hole 14 to be set to a proper amount.
