PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly put a printed seal on a surface of a moving handle. SOLUTION: A supply-side winder 4 feeding out the advertisement printed seals is mounted on a side plate 1 as a base, separation rollers 20, 21 for separating the release paper 19 from the printed seal 18 are mounted on the side plate 1, a take-up winder 12 for taking up the release paper 19 separated by the separation rollers is mounted on the side plate 1, a pressing roller 25 for putting the printed seal 18 separated by the separation roller to the surface of the moving handle 29 is mounted on the side plate 1, and group of brushes 38, 39, 40 for putting both edge parts of the printed seal 18 to side face parts of the moving handle 29 are mounted on a front part of the side plate 1. Further supporting rollers 42, 43 for supporting the entire device on the moving handle 29, are attached to fixed plates 31, 41 vertically fixed to front and rear parts of the side plate 1, and contact members for holding the handle guide rail at front and rear parts are mounted on front and rear positions of the side plate 1 and the front and rear fixed plates 31, 41.
