PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency for fitting and replacing of a fuse provided in a Pachinko machine and to realize space saving and low cost. SOLUTION: The fuse 16 consists of: a pair of terminals 18 and 19 arranged nearly parallel; a flat housing 20 covering the proximal ends 18a and 19a of both of these terminals 18 and 19; and a fusible body 21 connected between the proximal ends 18a and 19a of both of the terminals 18 and 19 in the housing 20. On the upper surface of the housing 20, a numeral expressing a rated current value is noted, and the housing 20 is sorted by colors according to the rated current value. By inserting the respective terminals 18 and 19 of this fuse 16 into the connection holes of a terminal fitting part provided on a substrate, the flat fuse 16 is mounted to the substrate in an upright posture, so that the mounting area of the fuse 16 is reduced by simple fitting structure.
