PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-scattering device enabling an operator to grasp an accurate traveling speed, enabling the regulation of increase or decrease of a scattered flow rate to be carried out accurately to reduce the difference in the amount of the scattered chemical and to enable the uniform scattering. SOLUTION: The chemical-scattering device has a chemical-jetting means 15 mounted on a traveling machine body 1, a rotational frequency-detecting means 91 of directly or indirectly detecting the rotational frequency of an axle 93 of the machine body 1, a regulating means 20 of regulating the scattered amount per unit area so as to be constant by regulating the jetted flow rate by a chemical-jetting means 15 based on the detected value x of the rotational frequency-detecting means 91, and a correcting means 109a and 109b of correcting the scattered flow rate based on the slip ratio S of the machine body 1. An estimated traveling speed V<SB>1</SB>of the machine body 1 is calculated based on the estimated slip ratio S<SB>1</SB>defined by the corrected amount by the assistant correcting means 109a and 109b, and the estimated traveling speed V<SB>1</SB>is displayed on a display part 119.
