An aquatic animal feed product comprising a probiotic Bacillus licheniformis bacteria and the use of this product in an aquaculture of aquatic animals in order to improve the resis-tance of an aquatic animal towards influential conditions in the surrounding environment, such as e.g. pathogenic micro-organisms.
