The present invention provides an OLED substrate manufacturing method which uses a volume reduction substrate material on a mold having a photography feature part generating a non-plane surface on both sides of a substrate, so as to improve the light extraction of OLEDs formed on the upper part of the substrate. The substrate includes a surface feature part on the surface of a first substrate complementary to the surface feature part of a mold, for examples, a spherical lens feature part, and a surface feature part on the surface of a second substrate complementary to the curved part of the spherical lens feature part on the first substrate, for examples, a dimple feature part. |
