A press or transition fit(11) is formed between the tensioning bolt and first clamping sleeve in such a way that by tightening of the screw the discs of the packet are first clamped and then the clamping sleeves(3,5) are radially expanded. The press of transition fit is formed by a cylindrical shoulder(12) on the fitting opening of the first clamping sleeve and a cylindrical collar(13) on the tensioning bolt. The internal diameter of the cylindrical shoulder is slightly smaller than the external diameter of the collar on the tensioning bolt.
