<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation in voltage by reactive power even if the power factor of a load is not 1, and to enable continuous compensation of the reactive power of the load in a sound side even if a power converter is gate-blocked due to the generation of an abnormality of the other load or an abnormality caused by failure of a power system. <P>SOLUTION: Active power command values P<SB>A</SB><SP>*</SP>, P<SB>B</SB><SP>*</SP>and reactive power command values Q<SB>A</SB><SP>*</SP>, Q<SB>B</SB><SP>*</SP>are given to pulse arithmetic circuits 16A, 16B to control single-phase inverters 10A, 10B. The active power command values P<SB>A</SB><SP>*</SP>, P<SB>B</SB><SP>*</SP>are obtained from the sum of/difference between output of an active power adjuster 21 for setting the difference between each active power detecting circuit 19A, 19B to zero, and the multiple of a gain of an output value of a DC voltage regulator 24 for matching a detected DC voltage to a set value. The reactive power command values Q<SB>A</SB><SP>*</SP>, Q<SB>B</SB><SP>*</SP>are obtained from output of reactive power adjusters 22A, 22B for setting each reactive power detecting circuit 20A, 20B to zero. Furthermore, when failure detectors 26A, 26B detects a failure, a switching command for setting output of the DC voltage regulator 24 to the active power command values P<SB>A</SB><SP>*</SP>, P<SB>B</SB><SP>*</SP>is given to signal switching devices 23A, 23B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
